CCT 10: Removal of entry fees

Hello everyone,

In light of the recent conversations about the entry fees for CCT10, I have removed them.

If you have paid a fee already, I will be refunding them shortly.

I have left a donation button on the sign up page in case you would like to contribute to the costs of the tournament, but it is _not_ required.
