Not +200 Elo but +200 in the rating of the UEL for the "tournoi d'entrée".

This doesn't mean that Twisted Logic will have +200 everywhere!

Twisted Logic was on 5th rank yesterday in the UEL.
It can not climb in one step to the Division Elite. To reach the Division Senior directly on the update of the Divisions end of this month, it must have 4 Wildcards in this Division.
