How could you be so sure :!: :?:
Anand may give Rybka 3 a run for it's money here and there, but Kramnik is weak and won't stand a chance....

I agree. I also think Anand is stronger than Kramnik nowadays. But i believe computers one day will surpass even the best GM like Anand. We may achieve this as soon as 2020. It's because hardware is becoming exponentially faster and software is always becoming better and smarter. This means that computers are improving at a much faster rate than humans. By 2020 a human trying to beat a computer in chess will be like a human runner trying to outrun a car.

I think that you are extreamly optimistic with the 2020 year issue 8-)

In general the humans are doomed and with the appearence of Rybka 3 the war is over and if anyone doubts my words, let him put the proof on the table for everyone to see,I don't accept empty words no more....
Dr. Deeb,

The question being ask (see the very first post in this thread) is: Will a combo of a Top GM (Anand, Carlsen, Kramnik or so ) *AND* a top program (Naum, Zappa, Hiarcs or so on a quad) prevail against unatended Rybka 8 cpus...

That is what I was answering. You obviously were answering something else.

Great!,

We just agree to disagree! (that happens!).

I would put my money on Carlsen and 4 cpu's Naum or Zappa anytime against unatended Rybka 3 8cpu's...

Lets see if that happens in the future... :)

I guess we are both speculating here, the "proof" hasn't been done.... for either side.

 It seem so!! but I´ve see some games of Rybka 3 very very impressive, If Rybka could open the game each game, I don´t know if even with the help of a engine a SuperGM can beat Rybka 3 :?:
