I have a question though..Since I'm not use to importing books into Fritz 8 GUI...What is the process to make this book work? I'll need step by step.
Oh it's very very complicated:
•1)Extract on a folder somewhere the contains of the ZIP.
•2)In the Fritz GUI choose the "Openings Book" tab.
•3)Now IF:
-You have already loaded a book then right click inside the openings book tab and choose "Close Book File". Now go to step 4)
-You don't have any loaded a book then go to step 4)
•4)Press "Load Book" and choose your book.
LMAO, but George is right. It's not that hard ...
Don't you have to convert the book to ctg. formatt? Or is this done automatically?
You can convert the book to .ctg format.
But this is easy since you have to do nothing! As the book is already in .ctg format.....
After his son's birth they've asked him:
"Is it a boy or girl?"
YES! He replied.....
Hmmmmmmmmmm does the MP version of 2n2 Rybka work efficiently on a SP machine that is 64 bit? I know I wont get the speed of the Mp version as I have only One processor..... that aside will it work "well" that is better than the 1.2 Rybka or will it work at all on my Sp 64 bit system? Note I try to create a uci engine in fritz 11 gui and I get "Rybka already exists....blah blah" perhaps as I have the 1.2 version installed. MUST I delete this 1.2 engine? Any feed back? Thanks Alex
My program even won a few games! It almost makes you believe it is possible to catch up with Rybka...

It's kind of hard to believe the results from a programmer. You guys always test your egnines under favorable conditions. I also noticed that you played 10 second with 1 second increment..

I have Core Duo, I do not know if rybka detects the 2 processors automatically or I must move something in the configuration
Tnx

On my Core Duo I see two Rybka processes running when it's thinking which implies it's doing everything automatically.
