couple of engame positions - unbalanced material

Arasan misplayed an endgame in an online game, and I found as a result a couple of scoring bugs in the latest (unreleased) version. Arasan does better on these positions now, but version 10.4 is still faster than my latest build in finding the right moves. Neither version would have found them in blitz, most likely:

First one, White to win:

[D] 8/5k2/4pp2/1K4p1/8/2P1p3/1N5P/8 w - -

bm Kc4 or Kc5.

Second one, White to draw:

[D] 8/5k2/8/1K2ppp1/2P5/3Np3/7P/8 w - -

bm c5.
