It's not stated what engine was used here. FRITZ10 is less generous with its score-award on my system.
This tournament is not being held at classical time-controls which is a great pity, and has no doubt contributed to the blunder-rate.
I agree that it is not at all clear that Carlsen would have won if his slip had fully been taken advantage of. There were actually three 'blunders' on consecutive moves.
A good blunder example should ideally be the last in a game and followed by an immediate loss, its blunder-value being realised over the board. It should not be under time-pressure.
