Junior 11.1a bugs fixed, Naum 4.2, Junior 11.1a results ...

Post by Frank Quisinsky »

Hi there,

after the first 77 SWCR games I saw only one problem with Junior 11.1a, position I added yesterday in the other part of TalkChess.

vs. Ktulu 24.5 : 15,5 (same result for Junior 2010).

Around 50% = +15-20 ELO more compare to Junior 2010.

More important is:

- no lost on time games.
- Junior give correct mate (some problems here with Junior 2010).

Again, very nice games from Junior 11.1a.

Naum 4.2:
------------

vs. Ktulu 9.03, 33,0 : 7,0 (same result for Naum 4.1)
vs. Deep Fritz 12, 24,5 : 15,5 (19,5 : 20,5 was the result from Naum 4.1)
5 points more and ...

22,5 : 5,5 against the 17 other SWCR engines (round robin is still running). Only one game lost vs. Shredder 12.

= 80,30% ... what for a great performance.

108 games played, not enough for a statement.

But:
Good start for Junior 11.1a and Naum 4.2 in SWCR.

Best

Hi,

first news in SCHACHWELT news-ticker are:
Alexander Naumov is back.

Now 4 months later I produced computer chess news 100 with the message: Naum 4.2 perhaps the new number 1 (32-Bit).

Look here: News-Ticker (German language)

And the actual ELO-List:
