Jeremy has set up his new forum to cater for these demands. The posting rules there seem to be almost a direct cut and paste from the CCC charter.
Except that the _implementation_ is a bit different. No non-public forum. No moving posts willy-nilly. NO editing. The charter is one thing. Following the charter is something else. Certainly unilaterally declaring that program X is a clone (with zero evidence) and disallowing discussion/links is not mentioned in the CCC charter anywhere that I am aware of.
