I made a lot of errors in the PGN score this is the entire game will all the errors fixed, but the position is the correct one:

[Event "?"]
[Site "?"]
[Date "1973.??.??"]
[Round "?"]
[White "Analysis White"]
[Black "Analysis Black"]
[Result "1/2-1/2"]
[ECO "B96"]

1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 d6 3. d4 cxd4 4. Nxd4 Nf6 5. Nc3 a6 6. Bg5 e6 7. f4 b5 8. e5
dxe5 9. fxe5 Qc7 10. Qe2 Nfd7 11. O-O-O Bb7 12. Qh5 g6 13. Qh4 Qxe5
14. Re1 Qd6
15. Bxb5 Be7
16. Nxe6 fxe6
17. Bxe7 Qxe7
18. Rxe6 Qxe6
19. Re1 Qxe1+
20. Qxe1+ Kd8
21. Qh4 Kc7
22. Qf4+ Kd8
23. Nd5 Bxd5
24. Qg5+ Kc8
25. Qxd5 Ra7
26. Qd4

My move in bold, italics for your "if" move:

26. Qd4 Ra8
27. Qxa7 axb5

If you accept Qxa7 axb6 then we have:

[D] 1nk1r3/Q2n3p/6p1/1p6/8/8/PPP3PP/2K5 w - - 0 28

Komodo sees a plan for white here, play b3 to create a passed pawn - but at no depth do I see anything interesting coming of it, score stays very close to zero.

I accept the conditionals by the way I think you mean 26...Re8.

Here are some moves I have look at b3, Qa5, Qd4, h3 (ok this was a computer suggestion that I didn't understood). The only possible winning way is advancing the queenside pawns so I need to find a way to make it work.

P.d. You didn't consider capturing first the Bishop and then activating the Rook via f8 so it could find a good spot in f5?

The computer doesn't like Rf8, perhaps because Re5 can be played at any point and be defended or that it wants to play Re2 next, and Rf2 cannot be played because your queen defends. I'm just guessing however, I am not sure I understand why it prefers the e file.

I have Komodo searching a response to b3 in case you make that move since it seems thematic to me to create a passed pawn. Of course it can be played later too.

It's still your move, but if you play 28. b3 we will play 28... Re5 leading to this position:
