OICS Downtime today

I am doing a server migration, and will be taking the server down shortly. Hoping everything goes smoothly and it'll be up and running tonight.

It is back up, and much quicker! I've increased the ram on the system and storage capacity alone with some other bells and whistles.

The IP has changed however, and oics.olympuschess.com has been changed to reflect the new IP.

If others connected by IP instead of Domain here is the new IP: 50.116.62.4 still port 5000
