I actually did 2 benchmarks on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I did not post them because my understanding is that for them to be official you have to post a screen shot. The url I used for that purpose closed and I did not feel like opening a new account somewhere else. But, FWIW, I got these results:
1.at 2:01 I got 6290.7 kN/s
2. at 2:00, I got 6275.8 kN/s

Realme X2 pro, 12 GB / 256 GB
A new company. They want to storm the flagship market and beat ONE PLUS or Xiaomi.
The cpu is sd855+.
Ram is very fast. Nevertheless not only cpu and RAM is important but also cooling because of throttle experience coming close to the 2 minute time control we benchmark.
Therefore disapointing 4.619.000
Same cpu but now gaming mobile:
Asus Rog Phone 2, tencent version 8/128 GB.
5.618.000 NPS.
Could be the better cooling is the reason for this,
Both have fast display. Realme has 90 hz, Asus even 120 hz.
They also have ufs3.0 memory.

Mostly the cooling of the devices decides about the range of results. The cheap realme x2 pro has a lousy cooling, Asus ROG phone 2 has a marvelous cooling.
In between the result of the Kirin 990 CPU.
In antutu it gets 430.000
Despite all efforts of President Trump to stop Huawei, the mate 30 series is life and kicking.

Thats amazing for a smartphone. My laptop 8th gen core i7-8550u can can only manage 4200k at best & much slower most of the time. Something must be wrong.

Probably not wrong. On my fast i7 4th generation 4.0 GHz, 4 cores, I am getting about 6500k. On my cheapo Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, I am getting 3300k after 2 minutes. It's odd, but not wrong. When they will have tensor cores on GPU, and someone writes the backend for Lc0, it will be impressive in every aspect. I don't know, it seems the phone chips are the most impressive things there in in these fields. Probably the volume of sales lowers prices too, and the research on them is more active.
