LCZero problem or error engines

Recently, I tested the engine LCZero for GUI Shredder classic 5, ChessGUI and cutechess . The debut book " 3M_rand " was used for the tests. I noticed a serious problem - I will describe it. Maybe someone will help how to remove it. I noticed that after uploading the debit book, the LCZero engine was moving backwards with time. Which means when the test time was set to 5 minutes, it was as follows. The engine time was measured in seconds like this: 5.00, 4.59, 4.58. Then the LCZero engine returned to 5 minutes and then the time was counted normally. So I have a question whether this is the fault of the engine LCZero or the problem is with the engine setting.
