The random mover is a simple entity that takes a list of all legal moves in a position, then plays one at random. That's it.
Now we need this question:
Q. Can 32Men-TB beat itself?
A. No.

For those that don't get it: Nothing stops the random mover from picking the 32Men-TB moves by chance, so it could draw its first game against the perfect entity, no problem. Stockfish 12+ has a higher chance of playing those moves by chance than the random mover, therefore, it has more chances to draw their first game against 32Men-TB than the random mover, so the expected 100-0 is nonsense.
