Re: Moderator Elections
Good question. What do you think? Is everyone that should be able to vote able to connect now? In particular people from Poland?

The people who can’t connect are unlikely to be able to tell you about it.

Re: Moderator Elections
How would you verify everybody that votes there is who they claim to be?

Re: Moderator Elections
The constant unwanted logout problem is just as annoying as before. It's difficult enough to even post something, or mark postings as read, which takes several logins. I cannot imagine how any useful moderator work would be possible until this is fixed server-side.

Re: Moderator Elections
Dann Corbit is back on this forum, so I guess we do not need moderator elections anymore.Dann Corbit wrote: ↑Thu Nov 25, 2021 11:20 am I had to change the code for Windows. Here is the link:
fseek()/ftell() do not work for files bigger than 32 bits.
I get 140,000 games per second but I have a fast disk.
There is a visual studio project and binary in the archive, but it uses /arch:AVX2 on the command line.
If you do not have an advanced CPU, you will want to change the command line option.

I don't understand what Dan's appearance has to do with moderators elections.Madeleine Birchfield wrote: ↑Fri Nov 26, 2021 2:24 amDann Corbit is back on this forum, so I guess we do not need moderator elections anymore.Dann Corbit wrote: ↑Thu Nov 25, 2021 11:20 am I had to change the code for Windows. Of course the new elections have to continue.

Re: Moderator Elections
The new elections were started because Dann Corbit announced back over the summer that he was leaving the forum, so there needed to be a new moderator to replace Dann Corbit.
