Thanks for the new version!
I like the reduction of GM- options to one, makes things easier I guess.
What??
Tal option only?
So...you have thrown in the towel on Shashin Theory? Don't you kind of need to rename the engine then?
Sorry for the questions...but explaining thins is not exactly a strong point for you guys...

Hi there,

I have also interest to give Shash a chance for run-2 in my FCP-Tourney-KI.

The problem are the settings with longer time-controls.
One game need 1:20h.

End of the day I will get comments, the settings are wrong for the results I produced.
This problems I have often if I test derivate engines (FCP Ratinglist in the past).

It would be great to get the settings for the test-run, start February 05th, 2022.

Best
Frank

I don't mind your questions, but I'm probably the wrong guy, you asked, maybe a mistake, yet to answer again from my side, cause it was me saying I liked the easier handling:
Who says, that with one eligible UCI- option there can't be given enough change of pararmeter- setting as for a user- tool to adapt Shashin- theory- search and it (the search) yet does adapt for the rest of the positions on its own as well as before or even better?

Just my two cents, now waiting patiently for Andrea's answer, if he want's to give one anyhow, considering everybody (who is able to understand) can read the code and it's changes to get really exact answers on one's own regards
Peter.

In fact, I had made a distracting error with an intermediate release that I promptly fixed by removing and recreating the tag.
Only then did I post the link.
Now, the executables work perfectly, even on playchess.
I ask the moderators to pay attention to trollers who offend those who, FOR FREE, have been contributing to the chess programming community for years.
Already others, like the author of Sugar, tired of these insults, have decided to stop publishing their software.
The authority and respectability of this international forum is at stake.

What problem do you have?
MCTS, learning system or normal mode?
Learning system hasn't been changed and I tested the rest.

Now the 4th game on playchess: ShashChess 20.2 caused an exception
