Note: I only lasted 15 moves without knowing what my opponent was playing, this is worse then playing blind game. A new game should be invented where you can NOT see your opponent pieces, but at least know that move your opponent is making, cheating would be almost impossible because it would take too long to read your opponent every last move made and input it to any engine, if games are less than 5 minutes. I wonder who is the highest rated player in Fog of War Chess?

The fog of War could become more popular among IM and GM if they can see what was the annotated moves made, but the opponent side and pieces to become invisible like playing a Blind Game against your opponent, of course if any engine know what are the moves made by the opponent no human would eve have a chance

This is much better, but I do NOT believe that GM Nakamura or Carlsen can actually beat a 2000 rated player BlindedLook wrote: ↑Sun Feb 06, 2022 4:13 pmI know "fog of war" from "Real Time Strategy" (RTS) games.Chessqueen wrote: ↑Sun Feb 06, 2022 4:01 pm The fog of War could become more popular among IM and GM if they can see what was the annotated moves made, but the opponent side and pieces to become invisible like playing a Blind Game against your opponent, of course if any engine know what are the moves made by the opponent no human would eve have a chance![]()

They forgot to let us know what is the ratings of these players that Carlsen played against especially that player that lasted longer on board #2 against him on this video, Paul Hoffmann rated 2378 https://ratings.fide.com/profile/4664450 ? Here are the 3 Simul gamesChessqueen wrote: ↑Sun Feb 06, 2022 4:33 pmThis is much better, but I do NOT believe that GM Nakamura or Carlsen can actually beat a 2000 rated player BlindedLook wrote: ↑Sun Feb 06, 2022 4:13 pmI know "fog of war" from "Real Time Strategy" (RTS) games.Chessqueen wrote: ↑Sun Feb 06, 2022 4:01 pm The fog of War could become more popular among IM and GM if they can see what was the annotated moves made, but the opponent side and pieces to become invisible like playing a Blind Game against your opponent, of course if any engine know what are the moves made by the opponent no human would eve have a chance![]()
