There's an engine called OpenTal. It plays a very Tal-like game. It gives unexpected surprises with numerous sacrifices which works against human players, though the stronger engines can see through it.

It was nicely designed for this style. Do check it out when you can. Decently rated around 2700 IIRC.

I can never get OpenTal to work in Fritz 17. I am using Windows 10.

Never tried it with Fritz. However, with Arena 3.5.1, the engine seems to be working fine. Maybe, you can download the last two versions of the engine and see if that works.

I installed Arena and it works fine there too but not in Fritzy.
