Hi Graham,
thank you!
Need the material for the next FEOBOS project.
In combination with newer correspondence and GM-games.
With "run-7" or "run-8" the project is stopped, around with 100.000 games.
So I have enough time for FEOBOS.
Testing Wasp only and much smaller tourneys with CCRL rules if you and the others from CCRL group like.
Honestly, my time for computer chess is a long time over.
John Stanback keeps me in the running (I love his work so much).
The goal is that the other programmers will get a bit from our site.
Honestly, it is not to compare with CCRL or CEGT efforts.
Furthermore, chess computers and a lot of chesss books are waiting of me during my FCP-Tourney is still running.
The tourney and the work around it need a lot of time.
More or less to study what engines can be used and looking each day for new information.
Best
Frank
I believe today I like more to get order for this and that as to create own things.
Every day I can see that in mistakes I created on my website.
thank you!

As I've always said, one needs to look at several rating lists to get an overall picture, so I think that, along with some others, your list is very useful.

Graham,
Thank you again!
Your opinion will give me motivation, comes from yourself ... valuable.
Most of time I read more why I test this and that and criticism outweighs is around 90% from comments I got by mail.
I believe my own opinions are often "outdated". The power of young and honest programmers / users is gigantic.
Not important, I am very happy about your words!
Yes, I am looking often in CCRL, CEGT, FGRL, Ipman what Stefan Pohl do.
But most ot time I nagging for me around, nothing is good enough (my own work to).
Again, I am to old for all this and to long is the time I do things around computer chess.
On the other hand ...
Family asked me weekly ... how strong is Wasp.

I believe the biggest fan of Wasp is my wife.
Because she has piece from me ... no, no she have interest on Wasp and looking also on Shredder GUI if Wasp is playing.

You do an enormous amount of work Frank, don't suffer from burn-out ! One idea could be to focus on tournaments instead of a ratings list, there is less pressure with that.Frank Quisinsky wrote: ↑Sun Apr 03, 2022 10:31 pm

Hi Modern Times,
Coming from burn-out after a hard prof. work. Since a year all is OK, concentration is back. Can see that with many things. My own playing strength is the same as before, around 55-60% of points vs. 2000 - 2100 Elo chess computers for an example. Can see that with many other things, nothing to do with chess. Chess give me a energy all the time.
In my opinion the tourney-systems is more easy and lesser work as a ratinglist. During a tourney is still running all is very easy. To make the updates or the ratinglist need really not many time. Organization around it need time (looking often what is new or what can I test).
Thank you!
