Library of chess maneuvres

Tools live Chess Query Language (http://www.gadycosteff.com/cql/), Scoutfish (https://github.com/mcostalba/scoutfish) or even commercial ones like Chessbase, do a good job in spotting chess manueuvres (say, for example, find positions where Black finchettoes both its bishops within 30 plies) within pgn files. Altough small libraries of chess manuevres/positions already exist (http://www.gadycosteff.com/cql/examples.html), I haven't see any systematic effort to build them. Does anyone know of such a resource?
