The following endgame was reached where black resigned. But isn't it a draw ending?

No it is not a draw.

Ra5+ Ke4 Re5+ Kf4 Rb5 is winning for white.

After analyzing the endgame I came to the conclusion that I had missed the move Re5+ that leads to a winning position. My mistake was taking the rook to a8. Thanks for the contributions.
