Prophet 4.2 release

Hi,

Prophet 4.2 is released. My tests show it to be 50 ELO stronger than 4.1.
  • Evaluation parameters have been tuned using logistic regression + gradient descent. (Prophet 4.1 had gained around 100 ELO using the Texel method, so only a minor additional improvement.)
  • Tapered evaluation fully implemented (previously was just for kings)
  • Simple mobility terms added for bishop and queen
  • Pawn hash table
