Here my engine played Nfd5 and lost. I think this is due to over-aggressive null move pruning.
After Nxd5 Nxd5, Black has the quiet move f6!! and now White is actually lost. Nc7, forking Rook and Queen, is not actually good, because after .. Qb7, the threats against the White King are too dangerous. If Nxc7, .. c3!! is very strong.

Nice position Jon. That is a quick solve by Komodo! Rebel MOD needed much longer than that. If you need to find a quiet move in a, for the rest forced, PV, I thought it can be any kind of pruning downstream of a PV node. I have not looked what helps for Rebel MOD here.
