Android/iOS app and connection to Chess GUI?

Is there any app (Android or iOS) that connects to PC remotely using USB/Bluetooth?

I want to make a move on app, that transmits the move to GUI such as Arena/Fritz/Banksia/Cute Chess (or any other GUI that I am not aware of), and then when it makes a move, it reflects on the app screen.

I want to do this because I get to play various engines not installable on app.

I know that it can be done with electronic chess computers via Graham's drivers. But I want to be able to use the Tab/Phone to be able to do this, for faster game play (Bullet/Blitz).
