I have such a question and request to the author of the engine Koivisto. What latest version of the engine has no errors and which one would you recommend for testing. I think the newer version is the better.

The least "bugged" version is the latest 8.16. We removed MultiPV since that causes performance degradation when using multiple threads. 8.16 should just do fine.

I understand and thank you for the answer. I downloaded the versions 8.16 from the site https://ipmanchess.yolasite.com/compiles.php I have such a question what does pgo mean in the name of the engine.

pgo means profile-guided-optimization. It usually performs better (about 5-10% faster). This is highly relevant when compiling the engine. You should always chose pgo.
