Why do I see often here using Google Chrome Browser:

How can I avoid it?

Sounds stupid, but move your mouse. This page tries to find bots by analysing the mouse movement. There might be some other checks, but since I move my mouse in circles, I rarely fail to get in.

It does not help everyone I think but always check the 'remember me' field, then the site remembers different login keys. If you don't want the site to remember everything, you can erase your most recent logins again in the User Control Panel (upper right corner). But having some different keys helps to stay logged in.
