... I have a question please. I just played 80 bullet games at 1 minute without increment. My performance was 30 draws and 50 losses, I played with white. I would like to know or know what impact this result will have on my elo. Thanks in advance to Mr. Larry Kaufman, Uri and Bruneti91. I wish you all a good and happy night. Thank you
If you achieved that result every day, in a random order, your rating would eventually climb to 2441 and stay there. It probably won't go up that much just for the one day, maybe halfway or so. The exact rating depends on the order in which your results happened, because the latest ones count for more than the older ones. If you can improve to 50% draws (50% losses) playing White and stay there, you would eventually reach 2515 under current rules (which totally by chance is one point below my current rating!). Your score (under normal scoring rules) of 19% playing White is only a little worse than the 3100 rated bullet players score playing Black, which is indeed quite an achievement even though they are mostly playing to win, not aiming for draws. Not many people could do what you have done. I did notice that at least one very high rated bullet player tried playing with the White piece at 1'0" as you do, I think he scored about 33%.
Thank you Mr. Larry Kaufman. For now, being in the group of the top 5 in the standings gives me a lot of satisfaction and joy. The truth is I don't know how far I could rise yet. It depends a lot on how much pressure begins to be observed in those who come further behind me; Personally, I feel very happy watching the current leader. If someone were to strip that title, then I would probably go hunting for whoever did it. The truth is that I do not waste any effort, and if my programmer grants me the gift of life and health, new future stages will come. I also observe that in the general lot there are super strong bosses, who I don't know if they want or not to bet on occupying better positions. I also saw very strong Asian players facing the computer. I also find it very useful that they play with the color white, so we can make comparisons and weighted calculations.
I have a belief, around the fight of man against the chess machine. I think that whoever wants to be strong playing against computers requires, among many other things:
- The human must expose himself, playing a significant number of games. This exhibition involves two scenarios:
. Expose the good name and the invinsibility status of the human.
. Expose yourself to losing, if necessary, like a cockroach, which aspires to mutate into a scorpion.
- Be willing to lose the human repeatedly, many times.
The other scenario, and in my opinion the worst, is to remain on the sidelines, in the shadows.
Good morning everyone, that is my hope and my wish. I am "Catecan", a little wooden horse, at this moment I write from the mangers of the rooftop racecourse. My rider has me going around and around since he decided my destiny right on the lifts. I have already traveled 2171 laps around the track. My life passes between the riding arena and the indoor courts. Between the "horse riding" and the "unloading" I struggle to catch up with "the hare." on the "racetracks".. my energy is limited and with the corner of my right eye I can see perfectly in "La terrace Bárbaro Club House, trendy spot at the Hipódromo de las Américas" to the "Artificial Intelligence" taking note of each one of my laps on the horse circuit... What will happen to me, I wonder, who am I, why have I come to this world, what is my mission, my vocation and my goals? The "AI" cannot help me, it has no state of consciousness...from my heavy heart, I thank Dad and Mom who have already left and are waiting for me, I also thank the Leela team. I don't know how far I can ascend, many wooden horses come after me, the stubbornness and wisdom inherited from my grandparents, conquering mules, are my greatest legacy.

I am thinking chess is in a coin.Human beings for ever playing in one face. Now I am playing in the other face:"Antichess". Computers are as a fortres where owner forgot to close a little door behind. You must enter across this door.Forget the front.
