Compared to the results here http://talkchess.com/forum/viewtopic.ph ... 2&start=10
19.0 - Grapefruit 1.0
18.0 - Stockfish 1.2
In the first tournament Grapefruit 1.0 appears to be way stronger than Stockfish 1.2 and in the 2nd tournament, they appear equal :?

I guess such things can happen in tournaments.
I haven't seen anything amiss in the games. Others are welcome to download them and take a look.

Cheers, Graham.

Is there an easy way to get the pgn of all Stockfish games (your pgn files only comprize 2 rounds each 8-) )?

(note: I have had problems with some moves of Stockfish 1.2 opt)

It might be just because Grapefruit does much better against Fruit clones than Stockfish does.

Could be, although I think that derivatives is a more accurate term than clones.

Either word works equally well. Clone and Derivative have many definitions several of which overlap.
