Dirty 0.99 OW5 released

Hi folks,

We have released Dirty 0.99 OW5 (aka 0.99z16).

Changes :

- Search core not changed
- Several changes in evaluation

It has played Open War 5th Edition and some Dirty Dozen tours. Also some blitz tests at WBEC. Thanks to Olivier, Fonzy and Leo.
It may be a bit stronger than 0.99z, around +40 ELO.
