If this all ends up being some kind of clone/hoax thing , my sincere apologies to the community........ On the other hand , if it ends up being the new paradigm , I want my props for being an early announcer........
I've been dying to say something about this for the last 2 months , but wanted to wait until it was for sale............

I have these reversed, with Toby and Robbo at Kc7 and Rybka at f7, but maybe there were changes in RL09. Not sure why Rybka would evaluate differently for you, though. Maybe I didn't wait long enough.

Few things are changed in .09. Meaning Toby is probably a clone of e4(or d3) :lol:.

If it turns out to be a clone of IppoRobbo (and I suppose more tests and info will be necessary to determine that), that's really annoying (mostly for you!). You should definitely inform the guy, whether you want your money back or not -- he may be paying a programmer to "develop" this engine, and should be aware that he's being cheated.

If you launch the engine manually (double-click on the .exe) and type 'uci' in the console window, what gets printed out?
