Ponder off
GUI Remis book (limited to 12 moves)
40 moves in 75 minutes repeating (adapted for the CCRL)
4 cycles (28 rounds)

The tournament title refers to whether or not the others can match up to Rybka 2.1.
Using Rybka 2.3.2a would be little fun because it is too strong!
