Or maybe there are specific eco lines when top humans can draw against engines.

Of course, there are openings where the best human players can draw, as some of those ECO openings are very bad. And a program like SF, which plays without 'contempt,' would be fine with drawing the game if the human allows it and seeks to draw by repetition.
This is why using a smart contempt is so important against those tricky humans, lol. It would be necessary to reject draws by repetition (unless it can lose the game) and avoid playing totally blocked positions. If this were done well, it would be really difficult, even for a top human, to draw a single game.

I think human can draw engine with black in Grob. Moves 1.g4 ECO A00

Humans struggle to draw given knight odds against the best engines. I doubt 1.g4 will be enough of a handicap.

Here is a PGN file of ECO openings:
I have a far larger set, but it is EPD and not PGN.

Taking ideas is not a vice, it is a virtue. We have another word for this. It is called learning.

Here are the openings in EPD format. The file openings.epd has just the EPD and the Opening. I am afraid it is not strictly conforming since opening is not an allowed keyword in an EPD file.
The second file is the openings with analysis, notes, etc. It also has a cce field in addition to the ce field. The cce field is a calculation based on actual game outcomes approximately scaled to mimic centipawns (ce).

In order to do some extensive testing between engines, this file is always needed.

a3 is not so bad, compared to g4. It's like giving up a move, and playing as Black. Whereas, with g4, you would be less likely to castle on the king side.
