Any Dos emulators and Rebel

Post by bigo »

Is there any Dos emulators that run Dos programs at a decent speed?

The one I use is Dos emulator 7 and it runs  my Dual core 4200 at the speed of a Pentium 100 based on the rebel 10 benchmark. I used to use virtual PC , unfortunately it won't run with Windows x64.

you can download a 64 bits version of Virtual PC on Microsoft's web site, I am running it everyday on Vista 64.

Usually DosBox performs very well.

Hi,
I am using Virtual PC for my 64bit system and here I installed W98 which I can run with pure DOS.

If this does not help, I have made a boot CD with NTFS-DOS - this works fine for most old DOS-programs - but I am not sure with old Rebel DOS - maybe it crashes.
