I wonder if you have heard of this chess program? it doesn't support winboard or UCI, it is a java program that comes with webpage as interface.

Tell me something about it, it would give you a real chess challenge :)

Jester does support winboard, I remember downloading it around 2003. So I guess one of your statements is wrong.

There are 2 programs with the name "Jester" One is written in java and other C and the one written in C doesn't relate to the java,as given in the link, because programmers name are not the same.
