It is the toga with the highest ccrl rating that is simply
Toga1.4.1 SE

There is not reason to believe that SE6 improves the playing strength relative to not having the 6 number.

this is Toga II 1.4.1SE as Uri correctly pointed out.
I've now started a gauntlet with Toga II 1.4.1SE6 to see whether it is any better. :P
