Interesting, thanks. What jumped out at me after looking at the 40/40 Ordo list, was that most engines outside the top-50 would be underrated by at least 200 points relative to the current CCRL list. That seems way too low to be accurate in terms of actual strength against humans. CEGT has the same problem.

Interesting work, Adam. I've noticed this at one point too, although I thought of it as a compression of elo near the top - lower rated engines have roughly the same 40/4 and 40/40 ratings, but Stockfish's 40/40 rating is 100 lower than its 40/4 rating, since the draw rate and level of play are higher.
