Only AVX512 with Intel MKL and it's rather factor of 2 or slightly more compared to AVX2 capable CPU running OpenBlas. However, there are so few AVX512 capable CPUs so that point is kind of moot.

Thanks. Does that mean the current Leela already supports AVX2? Or maybe speed increase not significant?
