Did anyone else receive an email from the hiarcs site saying that there will soon be a release? I wish that they would release it for free..

It's perfectly fine to sell Toga right now, but you still have to make the source files available (including any changes you make). If all the copyright holders agreed to, a closed source Toga could be made available, but that would just cause a fork. Although the Paderborn version has some sentimental value to them, having won on a tie-break against Rybka, so it's understandable. I won't use it but others may well do. Something for nothing, so how can you complain really-

I am not making a decision to buy because they are tossing in an extra engine.
