Toga has trouble evaluting correctly the following key position, after

Now Toga finds a mate in thirteen after 10. Kg6, diagrammed position which is better than the QSearch explosion I had before but I'm not sure the number of moves to mate is correct.
Chess Tiger 2007.1 Gambit correctly finds 10.Kg6! and gives a mate in 9 at plydepth 26 after 10. Kg6 Kg8, takes long to complete the following plydepth but still a mate in 9. It is possible Chess Tiger uses a different counting and other engines would call it mate in ten, I can't remember exactly but I seem to recall it was something like that. Tiger's three best moves at ply 27 are:

Is it really mate in 13 or is Chess Tiger again making the better call with mate in 9 or 10 one ply later in that variation
