This week we added around 1400 games to our list. See more in our list "Games of the week". In total our 40/20 list is based now on 274.476 games!
New engines:
The new Hamsters 0.7 2CPU has a rating of 2628 which is only around 30 points ahead of Hamster 0.6 1CPU. Of course more games are needed for a comparision. We shall test the 1CPU version too in the next weeks.
Updated engines:
1 Rybka 3 x64 4CPU 3194 +20 -20 927 games (+5)
2 Rybka 3 x64 2CPU 3157 +13 -13 2073 games (+1)
The difference between 4 and 2CPU version is now 37 and more realistic.
6 Rybka 3 w32 1CPU 3055 +18 -18 1004 games (+1)
111 Thinker 5.2 K x64 1CPU p 2829 +29 -29 360 games (-17)
The 1CPU version is still stronger than the 2CPU engine, there are not much differences between the 5.2 versions - and as I found a underpromotion bug - we have another new engine 5.2 L
Of course - the different versions do not have enough games. But we cannot test them all

349 Crafty 22.1 w32 1CPU 2549 +27 -27 410 games (+5)
367 DanaSah 3.97b 2527 +29 -29 400 games (could hold it´s start rating +7) and +31 to version 3.70
Next weekend we will have some new x64 1CPU engines in our list with a first comparison to the 32bit versions.
