Naum 4 against Rybka derivatives

Now I am doing a 5min 1sec Gauntlet tournament with Quad at 3.2 Ghz using Perfect 14 (20moves) against some of the Rybka 3 derivatives ... N4 running 4 cores against R3 all 4 cores except ofcourse for R3 1cpu. Here are results so far after 24 hours. All engines run X64.

Naum 4 - Rybka 3 10.0 - 18.0 +1/-9/=18 35.71%

Naum 4 - Rybka 3 Human 9.5 - 18.5 +2/-11/=15 33.93%

Interesting enough to see that Naum 4 has serious problems playing Rybka Human & Dynamic at least at blitz time controls

Hala Wael ... it seems that Rybka 3 Human scores best against N4. My guess is that the default "15" contempt of R3 might not be a good idea against a strong opponent such as N4, and thus there could be a benefit to making the contempt of R3 "0" instead. That should be especially true at longer time controls. This theory still needs to be tested, but for now it seems that R3 Human is the most difficult opponent for N4.

These results indicate clearly that Naum 4 will be nr. 2 just after Rybkas.
