A mouse slip really irritates me especially if you are winning and you hang your queen or something. Of course this is part of the game and I never give takebacks and I do not expect them either.Terry McCracken wrote:OTB this never happen to me but I have had mouse slips while castling.
I played so many games in a year+ or so I had to replace my mouse as it would release prematurely because of wear and tear every day. It lost me a lot of games that way. For the normal person it would work perfectly but not under blitz chess conditions.

Try touchscreen instead of mouse. I play on my mobile phone using ChessOK and chess.com apps and I find touchscreen faster and more natural than mouse.

But you pay a price for this as it not as efficient ergonomically than say using a laptop/desktop with proper seating, height and monitor levels. A mouse slip only happens in a blue moon so it's not a big concern of mine. It's part of the game.Jhoravi wrote:Try touchscreen instead of mouse.
