msys2 updates gcc compiler

I get 3% faster Stockfish builds with the latest gcc 7.1 collected just by running:
pacman -Syu
Taking ideas is not a vice, it is a virtue. We have another word for this. It is called learning.
But sharing ideas is an even greater virtue. We have another word for this. It is called teaching.
