-TC=4'+2"
-Hash=256 MB
-GUI: Arena 3.5.1
-Book: IM_4mvs.abk (8 plies book) - for both engines
-default settings for both engines
-1 thread-CPU=Intel i5-7400-3GHz (Kaby Lake)
-TBS: 6-men Syzygy bases for Halogen 10-x64-pext-avx2
-OS: Windows 10 Home.
Halogen 10 x64 has 3193 Elo points (CCRL Blitz).
Expected rating for Seer 2.1.0-x64-skylake is around 3263 Elo points. +91 Elo points face to Seer 2.0.0 x64 (in my single match test).
Seer 2.0.0 x64 has 3172 Elo points (CCRL Blitz).
