Have you seen any engine playing this Opening against the Sicilian with White? I believe that Magnus Carsen played this variation before ?

I have not seen this opening before. If you force this line in an opening book, then engines will eventually play it regardless its soundness or unsoundness.

Chess Tempo opening explorer lists three games by Carlsen with the white pieces:

https://old.chesstempo.com/gamedb/game/4294766
https://old.chesstempo.com/gamedb/game/5399352

The last one has a different order of moves. The list might be incomplete.
