I have Dragon 3.2 and have been trying to get Dragon 3.3

Komodo chess does not recognize my old account or a new one I have tried to start. I am happy to pay. Would anyone have a suggestion?

Chess.com lists and sells Dragon 3.2. Searching for Dragon 3.3 comes up with nothing. Exactly the same applies to the US Chess Federation.

Buying Dragon 3.3 from Komodochess.com requires an account. It will not open a new account and it does not recognize my old account.

My error message from komodochess.com is "Your attempt to login has failed, the email address or password you entered was incorrect."
Hitting "Forgot your password?" gets no reply. I have tried 9 digit numbers and 2digits + 6 alphas; neither works.

I noticed a remark on the website to email komodochesshelp@gmail.com. I will try that.
