You might leave the occasional half point to Tao or Postmodernist if you wish, but otherwise yeah, you better rock with this Romi!

Well, the good hopeful news is, that in a test at 40/20 time control by Charles Smith of CEGT & CCRL NG5 scored IIRC 75% vs. Bruja and 35% vs. Crafty 21.4(5?). And Romi is better at blitz! Then also there is that 70+% vs DanaSah 313 in a test by Swami. Fingers crossed! 8-)

Romichess NG4 seems to be better than NG5 but one can conclude the strength of this version from the gauntlet that would end before the start of the next edition.

Romichess missed the promotion 2 times, one in the last edition and maybe with better version it may get promoted, there will be hamsters the opponent to watch out for Michael :)

Romichess garnered so many votes from the poll and it's becoming popular.

Hi Alessandro,

Yes,This engine Prediction contest is really fun,I could have run 2 * double round robin for clear strength (boring and predictable and not interesting for members of the contest, besides it takes 4 days, with tournament running during my work time) 2 days is reasonable and thus double round robin.

If I could participate in any such contest, I would't mind the scores of the contest and would continue to participate even If I keep finishing in the last or 2nd from the last(which is highly unlikely :P),It's just fun.

Regards.

Yes it is looking like NG4 is better. I will go back to the NG4 way and hopefully be able to get an improvement! Thanks to everyone that voted for Romi! She will do better next time. :D
