I developed an online chess game and thought I'd announce it here. I hope my post doesn't qualify as a "flagrant commercial exhortation" since there are no premium accounts, no ads and I make no money with it whatsoever — for now it's even missing the ubiquitous "donate" button . It's all free.
It allows you to play or chat directly from your browser, in real-time with other players around the globe, or to Crafty (in the future I might add support other engines as well). You can also play simultaneous games.
It's a young project so bugs may exist—I apologize for any malfunctioning. It also lacks some features (such as time-limited games or analysis mode) but I'm still working on it.

I have just played a game there (in which I allowed Crafty to win in 30 moves ).
For my great surprise i won my first game!!!!!!!!!!!
I created a nice attack while Crafty was too busy to conquer my Queenside.
I guess i will lose the next 30 games for the logical order of things to take place. Let's see what will happen in the 2nd game.....
Note that in the first 40 moves it was Crafty that played around 4 times slower than me. Of course when tactics came, i spend around 2-3 minutes for each move....
I don't know how this is happening but i won the second game also against Crafty 22.0! So i have 2 out of 2 against Crafty.
Is this a degraded version of Crafty? Because it seems to play normally and it also plays slowly(around 15 to 50 seconds per move).
I had Knight + Bishop against the 2 Rooks of Crafty, yet i won....
My 10.a5 Rook sacrifice was nice although perhaps doubtful.
More nice was my 22.Rxb5! and even more was 19.c5!! and 32.f5!!
Nice wins George, but did you take a closer look at your games!?
Something is definitely wrong with this Crafty....
_No one can hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you can hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward….

What?
What do you find wrong?
I don't have time to analyze the first game but in the second one, Crafty 21.6 agrees with all moves after 30 seconds of thought for each one, so i don't see any problem(for this time control).....
After his son's birth they've asked him:
"Is it a boy or girl?"
YES! He replied.....

Your website is very nice, and your chess interface is very nice, and I looked at your project website too. All that you have done is quite impressive. Your API presentation is incredible. I played around with many widgets and read much of your code. You are doing great work and I wish you much success. I will read more when I am finished with school.
However, is there a way remove the "Vista" look and feel? With such a wonderful internet/web experience I do not like feeling as though I am using a windows PC.
Is the vista interface implemented by you, or inherited from the tools you are using for the project?
It's not reduced — it's Crafty 22 built from official sources and with the official books, with a minor change to make it return moves in full notation (for now it's a requirement of my UI); but this change can't possibly affect its thinking.
