Hi Tony,
I have all of them, however, I don't know if they are the latest version, since their version number isn't displayed in the console.
I can only confirm Big Book and Celes' version numbers.
I'll send them to you in a zip file.
Also, do you happen to have Crux 0.5m and Pentagon 1.3?

Re: Why Tony ?????????
There are many good reasons to be interested in weaker chess engines. They tend to have much more personality than the top programs, and they are more enjoyable opponents for non-GM human players. The most important reason of all, however, is that testing programs of all levels helps to maintain an ecosystem for the top programs of the future to grow. The Hiarcses and Rybkas of the future are found in what you describe as the 3rd or 4th world of chess engines. If nobody tests them, the authors are likely to lose interest, and the programs will never reach their potential. That some of us collect and test engines of all levels is therefore of fundamental importance to the long-term progress of computer chess.Sylwy wrote:1.Why a such great interest in this 3-rd ( 4-th )world of chess engines ?
I personally think the widespread fixation on raw strength and Elo numbers is quite unhealthy. If Elo numbers is the single or the most important factor for deciding which programs you are interested in, you would probably be happier with another hobby.

I no longer have Crux or Pentagon. I wil have them in about 6 months..I know one person who has pretty much every engine, Tony Mokonen at the winboard forum or Oliver Deville.ArmoredGuns wrote:Hi Tony,
