i beat rybka in a 3 game match

it was not rybka 3 its only rybka 2.3 mp 64 bit , i had a draw 3- 3 in a 6 game match several months ago . now i have won 2-1 at 5 min blitz , although i got a handicap of 15 sec increase per move because i was playing on a diff / wooden board .hardware athlon 4600 duel 64 bit 2.4 ghz 128 mb hash . i had white 2 times . im almost ready to take the rybka challenge with my own money vs rybka 3 . anyone here able to have similar results vs rybka ? i hope it means im getting better .

I do believe you because I play the engines myself and and I even had several draws against Rybka 2.3.2a,Deep Fritz 10,Shredder 11,etc. and I am bearly playing at the level around 2000-2100....

These are very rare cases to be honest,but I have a lot of draws and wins against waek and average programs....I've been playing the damn monsters since eight years now when I have the time of course....

But you have already made your place in chess history several years ago by almost defeating the first computer which suddenly was beating top GM's at tournament games.
This I know from a famous book written by Raymond Keene, where you were very prominent.

(hmmm I remember I used to drive Ray Keene nuts when I kept phoning him about things he wrote, and other chess questions. Each time he answered me shorter and shorter until I was offended and gave up [perhaps 3-4 times in all]).
