This position is from Leko vs. Ivanchuck. For some reason Rybka 3 and also DF10.1 give a 0.00 score even at high depth, although it obviously looks like white is totally lost ... so much so that Leko resigned in this position. Anyone else getting a 0.00 score in analysis? Try downloading the entire pgn then go to the final position and then infinite analysis ... somehow if you just post the FEN then it sees white is lost. Anyone else get this behavior or is it something only with my system? I am using CB Rybka 3 with latest Frtiz 11 update.

No Bug in the Chessbase GUI here, Rybka also shows the same (Kc3) in Aquarium GUI

Oh doc, you know well that he is talking about The King 3.50. Since Zero after the '.' and the last non-zero number doesnt really have any value (other than if you are in a chemistry class and trying to get the value to the nearest three significant figures), he probably decided to round it up to a whole 3.5..

I am pragmatic Tony and that's where the problem is

Apparently it is how some engines (not only Rybka) handle a repeat position. I guess it must hurt the engine strength if that is not corrected. Some engines handle it OK though.
Ricardo Fernandez reported the same behaviour in many engines. In gameplay it is more or less necessary. I think it should be called a bug in analysis and as Harald Johnsen explained at the root this maybe should also not be scored as a draw during a game? Harald also showed a way to repair the bug there. Curious if it also happens in Toga, probably it does?
I didn't check with Toga but it happens with DF 10.1 as well. I guess it makes the engine play better somehow in a game ... but it is very annoying in analysis and I still don't really understand why fixing this could be harmful to an engine. I mean for the first and second repeats it should definetely not show a draw score where there is none ... I can understand if it is on the third move and that is the best move.
